So now I'm so used to it that I'm excessively thirsty if I haven't been on track for my water quota for the day. It's really funny that I didn't realize that I was missing anything before, but now I do. I got the munchies a lot before when I was really thirsty when I thought I was hungry.
Another result is that I still drink milk with things but I don't guzzle milk like I used to. I think that's better for me. I'm still drinking enough milk but now I realize that before I was making up for not drinking a lot of water with milk. I like this better. Water is cheaper in price and calories, so that's fine with me!
